路沿石必须挂通线进行施工,按侧平面顶面示高标线绷紧，按线码砌侧平石，侧平石要安正，切忌前仰后合，侧面顶线顺直圆滑平顺，无高低错牙现象，平面无上下错台、内外错牙现象。
a. The road edge stone must be constructed by hanging a through line. It shall be tightened according to the height mark on the top surface of the side plane. The side flat stone shall be built according to the line code. The side flat stone shall be installed correctly. It is forbidden to close the front and back. The side top line shall be straight, round and smooth without high and low staggering teeth. The plane shall be free of up and down staggering platforms and internal and external staggering teeth.
b.路沿石必须座浆砌筑，座浆必须密实，严禁塞缝砌筑；

c.路沿石接缝处错位不超过1mm；侧石和平石必须在中间均匀错缝。

d.路沿石侧平石应保证尺寸和光洁度满足设计要求。外观美观，对弯道部分侧石应按设计半径专门加工弯道石，砌筑时保证线形流畅、圆顺、拼缝紧密。弧形侧石必须人工精凿后抛光处理。

e.路沿石后背应还土夯实，夯实宽度不小于50mm，厚度不小于15mm。

f.路沿石勾缝：勾缝时必须再挂线，把侧石缝内的杂物剔除干净，用水润湿，然后用1：2.5水泥砂浆灌缝填实勾干。
