Structure and Working Principle of Roadstone Molding Machine
工作装备部分，是由行走机构、振动机构、成型机构、发电机及配电等组成。
The working equipment is composed of walking mechanism, vibration mechanism, forming mechanism, generator and distribution.
1、行走机构由电磁调速电动机带动主减速剂，行走速度的由调速电动机的调速器细控制，高低取决于水泥混凝上物料的供给速度

2、该机上料由采用人工上料，罐车跟随上料，成型速度完全取决于上料速度

3、振动机构由振动电机振动棒构成。

4、成型机构成型器与机构组成，由手动换向阀，使用油缸上下，达到摸具升降的目的，手动动换向阅由三联阅组成，中间手柄控制升降油缸，左右换向阀分别控制，前面左右油缸的升降，模具需由三个油缸协调接制整体完成
4. Former and mechanism of forming mechanism consist of manual reversing valve, using cylinder up and down to reach the purpose of touching tool lifting. Manual reversing reading consists of triple reading. The middle handle controls the lifting cylinder, the left and right reversing valve controls the lifting of the front and left cylinders respectively, and the mould needs to be completed by coordinated connection of three cylinders as a whole.
5、发电机及配电室整机动力源，提供设备的行走及振等动力，发电的动力要不小于10KW的发电机组，三相电源平衡，有零线接于于配电箱之中的接线端子。
5. The whole power source of generator and distribution room provides power such as walking and vibration of equipment. The power of power generation is not less than 10KW. The three-phase power supply is balanced, and there are zero wires connected to the terminal in the distribution box.
